How Do I Get a Certificate?
Food Consignment Certification involves conformity assessment activities such as document evaluation, inspection, sampling & testing (if applicable), supervision of container loading and container sealing, etc.
Food Consignment Certification Route
Exporters have to undergo testing for each and every Food consignment certification requests in order to obtain the CoC. Exporters cannot avail the option of selective testing of food consignments.

Application Review (RFC Form) of SFDA Food Consignment Certification Request with required documents
Consignment is subjected to mandatory Inspection that may include supervision of Container Loading, Sampling and Container Sealing, if applicable
Arrange Sampling and Testing at Approved Laboratories, if applicable
Evaluation of Test Reports
